Job Summary:
A Call Center Sales Associate is responsible for assisting customers,addressing inquiries, and maintaining positive relationships through variouscommunication channels while achieving sales targets.
Key Responsibilities:
- Customer Support: Handle calls, emails, chats, and social media inquiries, resolving customer concerns and requests.
- Product Knowledge: Provide accurate information about company products, services, and policies.
- Sales & Up-Selling: Identify sales opportunities and promote relevant products or services.
- Documentation: Maintain detailed records of customer interactions and feedback in CRM systems.
- Compliance & Quality: Adhere to call center protocols, performance metrics, and legal regulations.
Qualifications:
- Fluent in English (British or American Accent), with excellent communication skills.
- Strong customer service, problem-solving abilities, and patience under pressure.
- Availability to work flexible hours, including evenings, weekends, or holidays.
- Sales experience may be required for some roles.
