We are seeking a dynamic and results-oriented individual to join our team as a Sales Team Lead.
The ideal candidate will have a proven track record in sales, preferably with a background in both sales and call center environments. The Sales Team Lead will be responsible for leading a team of sales representatives, driving sales performance, and ensuring exceptional customer service.
Responsibilities:
Lead and motivate a team of sales representatives to achieve sales targets and KPIs.
Provide guidance, coaching, and training to sales team members to enhance their skills and performance.
Monitor sales activities and performance metrics, identify areas for improvement, and implement strategies to optimize sales results.
Develop and implement sales strategies to maximize revenue and market share.
Collaborate with other departments, such as marketing and operations, to ensure alignment of sales efforts with overall business objectives.
Conduct regular performance evaluations and provide constructive feedback to team members.
Manage and prioritize inbound and outbound sales inquiries, ensuring timely and effective response to customer queries and requests.
Handle escalated customer issues and complaints, seeking resolution in a professional and efficient manner.
Maintain accurate records of sales activities, customer interactions, and pipeline management using CRM software.
Stay updated on industry trends, market conditions, and competitive landscape to identify opportunities for growth and improvement.
Requirements:
Bachelor's degree in BSCS, Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field (preferred).
Minimum of 3 years of sales experience, with a proven track record of achieving sales targets and driving revenue growth.
Prior experience in a call center environment is highly desirable.
Strong leadership and interpersonal skills, with the ability to inspire and motivate a team.
Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written.
Ability to multitask, prioritize, and manage time effectively in a fast-paced environment.
Proficiency in MS Office applications and CRM software.
