Deputy Accounts Manager

Location: Paragon City, Lahore

Key Responsibilities:

1. Assist in managing the finance team, providing guidance and support to ensure efficient operations. 

2. Oversee accounts payable, accounts receivable, and general ledger maintenance. 

3. Ensure accurate and timely financial reporting, including monthly management accounts and annual financial statements. 

4. Conduct financial analysis and provide insights to support business decision-making. 

5. Develop and implement financial policies, procedures, and controls. 

6. Manage budgeting and forecasting processes. 

7. Ensure compliance with accounting standards, regulatory requirements, and company policies. 

8. Develop and maintain relationships with auditors, bankers, and other stakeholders. 

9. Provide support for external audits and ensure timely completion. 

10. Identify areas for process improvement and implement changes. 

Requirements:

1. Professional accounting qualification ( BS/MS Accouting & Finance,ACA, ACCA, CIMA, or equivalent)

2. Minimum 3-4 years of experience in accounting/finance, preferably in a similar role. 

3. Strong knowledge of accounting standards, tax laws, and financial regulations. 

4. Excellent analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills. 

5. Proficient in financial software 

6. Strong leadership and team management skills. 

7. Ability to work under pressure and meet deadlines.
