1. What is Sponsorship?

Sponsorship on Malikki.com is a paid promotion that increases your listing's visibility on our platform. It helps your product, service, or business stand out, making it easier for potential buyers to find you.

However, sponsorship enhances visibility and brand awareness, creating opportunities for increased sales.

2. Who Can Purchase Sponsorship?

To purchase a sponsorship on Malikki.com, you must: 

✅ Be at least 18 years old. 

✅ Have a Malikki.com account.

✅ Ensure your listing complies with our guidelines (no illegal or misleading content). 

Sponsorships are available to all users, including businesses with products listed on the platform. Malikki.com reserves the right to reject or remove any sponsored listing that does not comply with our policies.

3. Sponsorship Packages & Pricing

Sponsorship packages may vary in:

Duration – Daily, weekly, or monthly options.
Placement – Featured spots on search results, category pages, or homepage.
Pricing – Displayed at checkout (subject to change).

All payments are final. No refunds once a sponsorship is active.

4. Payment & Billing

• Payments are made through secure payment methods (credit/debit card, bank transfer, etc.).
• Prices are in Pakistani Rupees (PKR) and may include taxes.
• If a payment fails or is reversed, the sponsorship will not be activated or may be removed.

5. Sponsored Content Guidelines

When submitting a sponsored listing, you confirm that:

✅ The content is accurate and legal.
✅ You have the right to promote the product or service.
✅ The listing does not contain false, offensive, or prohibited content.

Malikki.com may remove any sponsored listing that violates these rules without a refund.

6. Sponsorship Duration & Expiry

• Your listing remains sponsored for the selected period.
• Once the sponsorship expires, the listing returns to its regular position.
• To continue sponsorship, you must purchase a new package.

Sponsorship does not renew automatically.

7. No Guarantees or Endorsements

• Sponsorship does not mean Malikki.com endorses your listing.
• We do not guarantee sales, clicks, or leads—results depend on market demand and buyer interest.

8. Removal or Suspension of Sponsorship

Malikki.com may remove or suspend sponsorship without refund if:

✅ The listing violates our content policies.
✅ Fraudulent or misleading advertising is detected.
✅ The payment is reversed or disputed.
✅ The user engages in spam or abuse.

9. Refund Policy

No refunds will be given unless:

• A technical error caused an issue with your sponsorship.
• Malikki.com removed your listing by mistake.

11. Limitation of Liability

✅ Technical issues, delays, or website downtime.
✅ Disputes between buyers and sellers regarding sponsored listings.

Sponsorship is provided "as is" without guaranteed results.
