   • Made-to-order products

   • Custom-sized clothing or accessories

4. Digital Goods & Software

   • E-books and downloadable content

   • Online subscriptions

   • Software with license keys

5. Opened or Used Products

   • Any product that has been opened or used (unless defective)

6. Health & Safety Products

   • Medical supplies (masks, thermometers, etc.)

   • Health monitors

   • Safety equipment

🔄 What About Defective or Wrong Items?

Even non-returnable items can be returned if:

• They arrive damaged, defective, incomplete, or incorrect

• You provide valid proof (images or videos) within 7 days of delivery
